Shipping information
Processing: Personalised orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days. Non-personalised items may be dispatched sooner.
Delivery: UK standard delivery is estimated at 2–3 working days after dispatch. Express delivery is not currently available. We will contact you if a significant delay arises.
Cost and destinations: Standard UK delivery is currently free. International delivery is not currently available online. Please check the checkout for the options available for your address.
Items are wrapped to protect them in transit. Tracking details will be sent when available.
Returns and faulty goods
For a non-personalised online order, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receipt, then send the goods back within another 14 days. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from this right. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed items apply to every order and have no 48-hour reporting deadline.
