Products and orders
Our items are handcrafted, so natural wood grain and minor variations can differ from photographs. Please check the product description and your personalisation details before ordering. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. The total, including any delivery charge, is displayed before you place an order. Prices may change for future orders but do not change an accepted order. Payment options are shown at checkout.
Delivery
Our typical processing time is 5–7 working days before dispatch. Delivery estimates and available destinations are shown at checkout. We will contact you if a significant delay arises. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Cancellations and returns
For a non-personalised item bought online, you may tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving it, then return it within the following 14 days. A product made to your specifications or clearly personalised is generally excluded from this change-of-mind right. Choosing a standard option alone does not necessarily make an item personalised. We may voluntarily cancel an order before production starts if you contact us promptly. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for the procedure, costs and refund timing.
Faulty goods
Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose still apply, including to personalised goods. Please contact us at info@masons.design. There is no 48-hour reporting deadline for these rights.
