How is the gift card delivered?

Do gift cards expire?
Choose the policy that fits your store—either:
No expiry, cards are valid forever until used up.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes. If there’s remaining balance after checkout, the card can be used again until it reaches £0.
Can I use a gift card with other discounts?
Typically yes—the card acts like store credit. (Some promotions may exclude gift cards; we’ll note any exceptions on the promo.)
What if I lose my code?
Contact us at info@masons.design and we’ll help locate or reissue the code to the original purchaser/recipient.
Can I refund a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable once issued. Products bought with a gift card follow our Shipping & Returns policy—refunds are returned to the gift card balance.
Can I buy a gift card with a gift card?
No—gift cards can’t be used to purchase other gift cards.
