A simple hardwood remembrance candle plaque with a glass candle insert and personalised name, dates and memorial message.

Each piece is CNC-machined and finished by Masons Design in the UK. The natural grain and colour of real hardwood means every product will be slightly different, making each piece genuinely individual.

Personalisation: Enter name, dates and a short remembrance line.

Size / specification: Approx. 300 × 150 mm; hardwood; glass candle insert required.

Wood: Solid Oak.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher.
